Using AI in affiliate marketing tasks reduces work time by over 394 hours per month.
At GMO TECH, as part of our company-wide efforts to promote the use of AI, we are advancing the use of AI and RPA in affiliate-related operations.
For routine tasks such as confirming performance-based compensation conditions, creating emails for media outlets, handling translations, checking time differences, and daily reporting, the team members took the lead in reviewing the workflow and promoting automation and efficiency improvements.
As a result, we achieved a reduction of over 394 hours of work time per month in the target tasks. In addition to improving operational efficiency, this has also led to a reduction in overlooked checks and transcription errors, and the standardization of response quality. The time saved is being used for higher value-added tasks such as customer support and proposal activities.
