Yesterday, we held the GMO Customer Attraction Capsule's "O2O Marketing Seminar."
Thank you very much to everyone who participated!
Let me give you a quick report...
The first part was titled "The History of O2O Marketing and Marketing Examples from Cutting-Edge Players," and covered topics from the early days of the Internet, to the spread of smartphones, and advertising delivery using location targeting. We introduced examples of large companies promoting omni-channelization and O2O.
It seems that the use of apps is spreading not only among private companies but also among local governments.
In the second part, "The latest trends in O2O customer attraction as seen by companies that have adopted GMO Customer Attraction Up Capsule," the presentation was, as expected, from the sales team.
There are two important points when creating an O2O app...I emphasized how to use the app based on the real feedback from customers who are actually using it.
The final topic was "What is GMO Customer Attraction Up Capsule? It has the largest implementation record in Japan!", and the need for the app was explained through an overview of the app, including app usage time and usage rate, and an overview of the O2O market.
We also talked about the future expansion of GMO Customer Attraction Capsule!
Although it is called app creation, there are differences between developing from scratch and implementing it as an ASP, and each has its own advantages.
