In addition to the kick-off meeting, our company holds four company-wide social gatherings a year: a spring welcome party for new employees, a summer BBQ competition, an autumn rally, and a winter end-of-year party.
And yesterday, the annual rally organized by new graduates was held at the Shibuya restaurant "EMANON" was held.

The third batch of new graduates came up with various ideas for how to advertise the event, attracting attendees, and planning it to welcome employees.The employees were united in their support as the new graduates worked hard despite being unfamiliar with the event.
It was impressive to see how the executives, their superiors and seniors all played a vital role in livening up the event.

In addition, since the purpose of the event was to be a rally to prepare for the next quarter, the president and other executive members were full of words of enthusiasm and encouragement.

The original Sakuma Drops that I won (?) as a souvenir in the game had my face on them, so it felt like a real pushy sale...lol
