As the job offer ceremony approaches

According to guidelines from the Japan Business Federation, the start date for job offers is Sunday, the 10th, and many companies will likely be holding job offer ceremonies today, the start of the new week.
Unfortunately, many accepted applicants were affected by train delays and cancellations that occurred in Kamakura and Hibarigaoka in the early morning hours.
Apparently, there were already many posts on Twitter saying that being a working adult is tough.

Fortunately, the GMO TECH job offer ceremony started at 4pm, so it seems there were no traffic issues.
Perhaps the decorations, which were prepared with the utmost care, as if making a Teru Teru Doll, with the prayer, "May the event be held safely!", reached the heavens?
So, this year too, the HR team worked hard to decorate the venue.

The job offer ceremony

The ceremony began with greetings from President Suzuki, executives, department heads, human resources staff, and senior employees who will be attending today's job offer ceremony.
In his congratulatory speech, Suzuki said, "You are all new graduates, marking the fifth term at GMO TECH. We will be increasing the number of new graduates joining us from now on, so after a year you will have junior employees. Therefore, your first year will be a year in which you will have many opportunities to ask questions of your seniors and superiors. Absorb as much as you can and grow as you please." The accepted candidates all looked serious as he spoke.

Afterwards, the acceptance certificates were presented and the successful applicants introduced themselves.
The job offer certificates were original and included a message for each individual, and were created with care by the new graduate recruitment staff.
I saw the students reviewing the information they received over and over again, and showing it to each other as classmates.

Then, K, who joined the company in April of this year and is working hard as a salesperson for affiliate products, gave a congratulatory speech as a senior employee.
He had attended the event one year prior as a prospective employee, but the person in charge of new graduates was moved by his confident speech, saying, "He was so reliable!" (^o^)

At the end, we gathered together for a commemorative photo (◍•ᴗ•◍)
In 2018, we will have twice as many new employees as this year, bringing in many fresh faces.
There are only six months left until they join the company in April next year!
All GMO TECH members are fully prepared and looking forward to seeing you!
