We are pleased to announce that we have decided to hold the final O2O seminar for restaurant chains this year!
The event will be held on Friday, December 22nd from 10:30am to 12:30pm in the Cerulean Tower Seminar Room.

The final seminar of the year, "Seminar on Improving Customer Satisfaction for Restaurant Chains," will feature Mr. Mitsuharu Sako of the NPO Path to Successful Restaurants, who serves as the Kanto Regional Headquarters Director of the "S1 Server Grand Prix," a major event that determines the No. 1 server at restaurants, speaking about examples of "hospitality" at chain restaurants.
The S1 Server Grand Prix is a competition to select the "Best Server" - the best server in Japan, someone that makes people think, "If I go to that store, I'll meet that person." The goal is to raise the status of servers and improve their service skills, and the first and second rounds of judging, regional competitions, and national competitions will be held over the course of a year to determine the number one server!
