The other day, the "1st Sales Promotion EXPO [Spring]" was held as a specialized exhibition within the "2018 Sales Promotion World [Spring]" at Makuhari Messe.
Among the many visitors from store management, marketing and promotion departments, and advertising agencies, our company exhibited a booth for GMO Up Capsule.

The keyword was "app customer service"! Open seminar was a great success

Our booth this time is located just after you get off the escalator in Makuhari Messe Hall 2.
Not only was it a great location, but the key word "app customer service" was displayed in large letters, which seemed to catch the eye of passing visitors.

At the booth, the entire business division, including not only sales staff but also operations and marketing members, presented services and case studies.
After seeing the results of well-known chains, many customers expressed interest and asked, "Can I use this app in my store or business?" This exhibition gave us a strong sense of how "applications of apps" have become.

In addition, a "mini seminar space" was set up in the part of the booth facing the aisle, where Yamauchi, head of the O2O division, and Taniuchi, also from the O2O division, held an open seminar.
I explained the topic, "Why do we need apps for sales promotion?"

A total of 15 seminars were quickly held over three days (the number was increased midway due to the overwhelming success!), and both of our voices were hoarse in the second half, which led to other staff members laughing at us, but many people stopped to listen intently, and some even led to business negotiations...it was a very rewarding three days, with such visible "responses."
