Last weekend, an article about the official Sotetsu Fresa Inn app, "FRESA CLUB app," which was created using our GMO App Capsule, was published on the "Marketing" page of Mynavi News (corporate IT).

In this article, we interviewed two people from Sotetsu Hotel Management, who helped us with the app implementation, and they talked about using IT to improve and streamline operations, as well as inbound demand (^^)

By the way, I was also present during the interview, and perhaps due to the location in Ueno, I was surprised by the number of foreign visitors and the sophisticated design of the lobby!
I was surprised to find that business hotels could be so stylish, but I was also impressed by the convenience of the "smart key."
The system is designed so that you can touch your smartphone equipped with a "smart key" not only at the guest room door but also inside the elevator.
The app also features various features to increase repeat customers, such as a stamp card function based on a rank-up system!
