Last week, from July 4th to 6th, the 6th Store Promotion EXPO [Summer] was held at Tokyo Big Sight, where we set up an exhibition booth to introduce GMO Up Capsule.

At this year's "Store Promotion EXPO," as at the previous exhibition, the main keyword at our booth was "app customer service," and we mainly introduced how smartphone apps can be used to improve in-store convenience and customer satisfaction.

Thanks to the many people who attended the several mini seminars held in our booth, we were able to talk about the importance of sales promotion and repeat business using smartphone apps.
This was the fifth batch of new graduates participating in an exhibition for the first time, and they worked hard distributing flyers and introducing products, appearing to be a valuable asset.
