GMO ReTech, Inc. (CEO: Suzuki Akito, hereinafter referred to as GMO ReTech), a consolidated company of GMO TECH, Inc. (CEO: Suzuki Akito, hereinafter referred to as GMO ReTech) that supports DX (digital transformation) in the real estate rental sector, and Tokei Computer Co., Ltd. (Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, CEO: Koga Yuji, hereinafter referred to as Tokei Computer), which operates the real estate rental management system "J-Rent," have begun a business partnership today, Friday, November 26, 2021, to link data between "GMO Rental DX" and "J-Rent."

In response to this, we will proceed with the modification and development of both systems, and plan to start data integration between the two systems in April 2022.

■About collaboration
Until now, real estate rental management companies that use both the "GMO Chintai DX" and "J-Rent" systems had to output information from each system and import it into each system. With this collaboration, real estate rental management companies that use both systems will be able to automatically link core data such as owner information and tenant information entered into the core system, "J-Rent," to the "GMO Chintai DX" app, significantly reducing their workload.

In the future, we plan to develop a linking function that will automatically update the results of electronic contracts and payments made through GMO Chintai DX to the J-Rent core system, making it possible to create an even more seamless business environment.
