We would like to report on the shareholder networking event held at Shibuya Fukuras on August 31, 2025.

We were able to exchange frank opinions with our shareholders about our current situation and future initiatives, and it was a valuable opportunity for us to interact with our shareholders.

The President and CEO and executives gave greetings and introduced themselves.

Executives gave presentations on the summary of financial results disclosed on August 7th and the business integration scheduled for October 1st. In the second half of the presentation, there was a live Q&A session, where they answered various opinions and questions from shareholders.

We held a social gathering with light refreshments. It was a valuable opportunity for shareholders and executives to exchange words in a relaxed atmosphere and express their gratitude. The venue was filled with smiles and lively conversation, and we learned a lot from hearing everyone's interests and opinions.
