GMO ReTech Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Akihito Suzuki), a member of the GMO Internet Group, has certified "GMO Chintai DX," a DX platform for real estate management companies, as an IT tool eligible for the "Digitalization and AI Introduction Subsidy 2026." As a result, eligible real estate management companies can apply for a subsidy of up to 2/3 of the total annual usage fee (maximum of 3.5 million yen for two years) when introducing "GMO Chintai DX."
　"GMO Rental DX" has been certified as an eligible tool for the "Digitalization and AI Introduction Subsidy" for six consecutive years since 2021. GMO ReTech also has a system in place to support subsidy applications.
