GMO ReTech, Inc. (President and CEO: Akito Suzuki), a member of the GMO Internet Group, has introduced its real estate management company app, "GMO Rental DX Tenant App," to Asset Technology Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Yasumitsu Miyamoto), and began operations on Monday, June 1, 2026.

　Asset Technology has been working to streamline its owner support operations since November 2021 by implementing the "GMO Rental DX Owner App." Currently, it operates "AT Owner's [Owner App]," a proprietary app for owners based on the same app. By now consolidating tenant support into the app, the company aims to improve the efficiency of telephone support, increase the completion rate of move-in checks, and strengthen the dissemination of information to tenants.
