GMO ReTech, Inc. (President and CEO: Akito Suzuki), a member of the GMO Internet Group, has implemented its CRM tool for real estate management companies, "GMO Rental DX Owner CRM," at Darwin Asset Partners Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Yuji Otomatsu).
　Darwin Asset Partners began using this tool on Sunday, June 28, 2026. By integrating it with the already implemented "GMO Rental DX Owner App/Web," we will centralize owner interaction history, which was previously managed separately by each department. This will enable us to share owner interaction information across departments and create a system that can be used for continuous owner proposals.
