How to enter the Cerulean Tower

1.Please come to the GMO Internet Group reception desk located in front of the office entrance on the lobby floor.

2.Please follow the instructions on the reception terminal at the reception counter and enter your customer number. Once you have completed the process, you will be given a guest card.
*You will need your customer number at the time of reception.

3.After receiving your guest card, go through the security gate and take the elevator to the 16th floor. The security gate will open when you hold your guest card over the gate.
Returning your guest card when you leave

There is a guest card return slot at the security gate. Please insert your card there.
At night and on holidays
There is a B1 lobby entrance exclusively for offices.
The B1 lobby is available only in the following cases.
・When you have made a prior agreement with our partners (employees)
・When a special reception desk is set up in the B1 lobby for an event.
Please receive your guest card from our partner (employee) or at the reception, then go through the security gate and take the elevator to the 16th floor where the reception is located.
*Guest cards cannot be handed out by security guards in the B1 lobby.
If coming from "Mark City"
