Developed an internal AI minutes-taking system for online meetings

Traditionally, in-house training videos were produced by partners (employees) recording their own voices. This process required a lot of time and effort, from creating the scenario to recording and editing, and also caused stress and mental strain for the person in charge of recording.

Before introducing our in-house developed RPA, issuing invoices, which fluctuate from month to month, was a manual process that took a lot of time. Therefore, in order to streamline these processes, we introduced our in-house developed RPA, which automatically issues invoices for which the billing recipient, billing amount, and payment due date are fixed on a regular basis. As a result, we were able to reduce the manual work, which used to take around 16 hours per month, to around 2 hours.
