When is the general meeting of shareholders held?
The Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders is held in mid-March every year. Details of the date, time, and venue of the meeting will be announced in early March to shareholders who are current as of December 31st each year.

How can I exercise my voting rights at the General Meeting of Shareholders?
We will send a notice of the general shareholders' meeting and a voting form to shareholders who are listed on the shareholder register as of the end of the record date for the general shareholders' meeting (December 31st for the regular general shareholders' meeting). To exercise your voting rights,
