GMO TECH Holdings' Management Strategy

In October 2025, GMO TECH, Inc. and DesignOne Japan Co., Ltd. merged to form GMO TECH Holdings, Inc., which was newly listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market.

Through this integration, we aim to further grow by strengthening our customer attraction support business and promoting personnel exchanges and financial collaboration between our affiliated companies.

The GMO Internet Group aims to manage the group through "decentralization of authority" and "creation of group synergy."
In order to respond to the rapidly changing internet market, each group company chooses an area in which it excels, focuses management resources on that area, and operates independently with the aim of becoming No. 1. Within this, GMO TECH Holdings is responsible for the "Internet Customer Acquisition Support Business."
Based on the shared and thorough implementation of "GMOism," we will grow while creating group synergy.

GMO TECH Holdings is a group of six consolidated companies that operates a variety of businesses online.
The company's main businesses are MEO (Map Engine Optimization) services, internet media, affiliate advertising, real estate tech, and contract development.
Our MEO services support optimization on Google Maps, our Internet media business operates one of Japan's largest online shopping malls, "Ekiten byGMO," our affiliate advertising business operates "GMO SmaAD," an app marketing service both domestically and internationally, and our real estate tech business provides "GMO Chintai DX," a SaaS service for property management companies.
