GMO ReTech and Tsuzuki Denki begin collaboration
"GMO Chintai DX" and cloud rental management system data integration
- Collaboration to begin in June 2026, with a view to centralizing information management through two-way data collaboration -

　GMO ReTech, Inc. (CEO: Akito Suzuki, hereinafter referred to as "GMO ReTech"), a member of the GMO Internet Group, and Tsuzuki Denki Co., Ltd. (CEO: Katsuyuki Yoshida, hereinafter referred to as "Tszuki Denki") have begun collaborating on Thursday, December 4, 2025, to integrate data between "GMO Chintai DX" provided by GMO ReTech and "TCloud for Smart Chintai," a cloud rental management system that Tsuzuki Denki will begin offering in June 2026.
　Through this collaboration, data such as property information, tenant information, and income and expenditure information from "TCloud for Smart Rental" will be automatically linked and shared with "GMO Rental DX." In the future, development will continue with a view to centralizing information management through two-way data linkage, aiming to build an environment where information can be instantly updated and centrally managed.

[Background to data collaboration]
　In recent years, the real estate rental industry has seen growing interest in cloud services known as "real estate tech" due to labor shortages and rising demand for online services, and the need for improved operational efficiency through digital transformation is rapidly expanding. In the rental management industry, while a variety of cloud services are increasing, there is still room for development in areas such as integration with core systems and centralized data management.
　GMO ReTech has been providing operational support to real estate management companies through "GMO Rental DX," but now, in order to further improve convenience, it has begun collaborating with Tsuzuki Denki to link data with "TCloud for Smart Rental."
　Tsuzuki Denki is a company that uses ICT to help clients improve their value and solve social issues, and is working to promote digital transformation and realize a sustainable society under its purpose of "Working together to create a 'white space' full of possibilities, with people, knowledge, and technology." This collaboration was realized based on the judgment that it will be able to contribute to solving the operational challenges of even more real estate management companies.

[About the cloud rental management system "TCloud for Smart Rental"]
　"TCloud for Smart Rental" is a semi-custom cloud rental management system that Tsuzuki Denki will begin offering in June 2026. In addition to standard functions that cover a wide range of rental management tasks, it is designed to flexibly accommodate each company's unique business flow, improving productivity and reducing operational burden through cloud computing.

[Data linkage overview]
　After the release of "TCloud for Smart Rentals" in June 2026, the following data integration is planned.

• Data registered in "TCloud for Smart Rental" such as owner information, tenant information, property information, and income and expenditure information is automatically linked to "GMO Rental DX."
• In the future, we plan to realize two-way linkage that automatically links various data on "GMO Rental DX" to "TCloud for Smart Rental."
• The above will create an environment where information can be instantly updated and centrally managed.
