(CEO: Akihito Suzuki, hereinafter referred to as GMO ReTech), a member of the GMO Internet Group, has developed the "Tokyu Housing Lease Owner App," a proprietary app for owners of Tokyu Housing Lease Co., Ltd. (CEO: Shigeru Hashimoto, hereinafter referred to as Tokyu Housing Lease).
　This app is based on the "GMO Rental DX Owner App" provided by GMO ReTech, and has been developed with additional unique functions and designs.^{(※ 1)}The service is scheduled to begin operation in June 2026 for owners of rental housing.

　Tokyu Housing Lease leverages the comprehensive strength of the Tokyu Group and its extensive management track record to provide one-stop services ranging from the management and operation of rental housing to asset utilization.
　The newly introduced "Tokyu Housing Lease Owner App" is a proprietary app developed with additional functions and design based on the "GMO Rental DX Owner App" provided by GMO ReTech. Through the development and operation of this app, GMO ReTech will support Tokyu Housing Lease in going paperless, streamlining operations, and improving owner revenue and satisfaction, thereby contributing to improving service quality and establishing its own brand.

[Features of the Tokyu Housing Lease Owner App]
■ Going paperless by digitizing income and expenditure reports and streamlining mailing operations
　The introduction of this app will promote the digitization of income and expenditure reports. Report documents that were previously sent by mail can now be viewed on the app, promoting a paperless society and reducing mailing costs and the need for re-sending documents.

■ Centralized response to inquiries using chat functions
　The chat function within the app allows for centralized management of inquiries from owners within the app. By consolidating information, the company's response flow becomes more efficient, enabling smoother responses. This leads to increased owner satisfaction.

■Complete approval procedures in the app. Workflow function improves work efficiency.
　Through the workflow function, approval procedures such as contracts and repairs can now be completed within the app, reducing the administrative burden on staff and allowing them to devote their time to providing more value-added proposals and support that contribute to improving owners' profits.

[About the "GMO Rental DX" original app development option]
　This optional service allows companies to incorporate their own brand elements (logo, UI design, etc.) into the "GMO Rental DX Owner App" and develop their own customized app. GMO ReTech handles development and operation, allowing for low-cost implementation and helping to establish your own brand.
