Launch of "GMO Rental DX Tenant WEB"
- Improved utilization and convenience with a UI that is easy for a wide range of residents -
GMO ReTech, Inc. (CEO: Akito Suzuki, hereinafter referred to as GMO ReTech), a member of the GMO Internet Group, began offering "GMO Renta DX Tenant WEB," a web browser version of the "GMO Renta DX Tenant App," an app for real estate management companies, on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
This service offers the same functionality as the existing smartphone app, "GMO Chintai DX Tenant App," and can be used on a web browser on a PC or tablet. As there is no need to install an app, it is a more convenient service for a wider range of people, including tenants who do not use smartphones or who prefer to operate on a larger screen. This allows property management companies to cater to a diverse range of tenants.
Through this service, GMO ReTech will contribute to improving the efficiency of property management companies' tenant relations operations and increasing tenant satisfaction.
[Background of the response]
In recent years, the real estate industry has seen an acceleration in the digitalization of operations, and the use of apps as a tool for smooth communication with tenants is becoming more widespread. However, there are still a certain number of users, including elderly people who are unfamiliar with using smartphones and those who are reluctant to install apps, and creating an environment where all tenants can receive services equally has become an issue.
In response to this situation, GMO ReTech has been developing a web browser version that will be easier for more tenants to access and for property management companies to provide explanations and guidance. As it can be accessed smoothly from devices other than smartphones, it will not only improve tenant convenience and usage rates, but will also contribute to the further promotion of digital transformation and the efficiency of property management operations.

The newly launched "GMO Chintai DX Tenant Web" allows users to use all the main functions of the existing "GMO Chintai DX Tenant App," such as receiving notifications, viewing documents, and chatting.
