　GMO ReTech, Inc. (President and CEO: Akito Suzuki, hereinafter referred to as GMO ReTech), a member of the GMO Internet Group, and Jyutaku Tech Lab, Inc. (President and CEO: Kosuke Kaji, hereinafter referred to as Jyutaku Tech Lab) have begun a collaboration to integrate services between "GMO Rental DX Owner App," an application for real estate management companies provided by GMO ReTech, and "Chinsatekun," an AI-powered rent assessment tool provided by Jyutaku Tech Lab, starting March 23, 2026 (Monday).
　This collaboration will allow users to access "Chinsatekun" from the management screen of the "GMO Rental DX Owner App," reducing the workload for real estate management companies in rent assessment, vacancy countermeasures, and proposal document creation, and streamlining proposal work to owners. This service integration is scheduled to begin in May 2026.

[Background of the service collaboration]
　According to a survey by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, the vacancy rate for housing nationwide is 13.8%, and there are approximately 443 million vacant rental properties.^{(※ 1)}For property management companies, implementing measures to reduce vacancies and making proposals to owners when rent adjustments are important tasks, but they face the challenge of requiring a lot of time for tasks such as entering property information, creating documents, and researching and comparing comparable cases in the area.
　Against this backdrop, GMO ReTech has been supporting the operations of real estate management companies through "GMO Rental DX," and Housing Tech Lab has been contributing to improving the operational efficiency of real estate management companies by providing appraisals that reflect market trends and market values ​​through its AI-powered rent appraisal system "Chinsatekun."
　By combining the strengths of both companies, this collaboration aims to reduce the man-hours required for appraisal and analysis work and proposal document creation, as well as improve the quality of owner proposal services. Through this partnership, real estate management companies will be able to provide high-quality proposals to more owners with limited personnel, creating an environment where real estate management companies can conduct proposal work efficiently and effectively.

[Overview of Service Integration]
　This collaboration aims to improve the user experience from the "GMO Rental DX Owner App" to "Chinsate-kun".
　With the "GMO Rental DX Owner App," property information registered in the management screen can be linked to "Chinsatekun" with a single click, and the system automatically switches to the appraisal screen, eliminating the need to re-enter property information. This allows real estate management companies to efficiently perform tasks from rent appraisal to proposal document creation and sending to owners.

[Future prospects]
　Going forward, we will leverage the strengths of both companies to build a system that can provide comprehensive support from proposal and implementation to reporting and management.

　Specifically, we are considering the following initiatives:

• Regular automated rent assessments utilizing managed property information
• Instant sharing of appraisal reports through integration with the "GMO Rental DX Owner App"
• Building a system to visualize proposal history and results, and to support continuous improvement.
