GMO ReTech, Inc. (President and CEO: Akito Suzuki), a member of the GMO Internet Group, has partnered with GMO OMAKASE, Inc. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shunpei Asai) to begin listing the restaurant reservation service "OMAKASE byGMO" on its membership-based media platform for real estate owners, "Executive Club by GMO Chintai DX," starting March 30, 2026 (Monday). This initiative aims to expand member benefits in response to the growing demand for high-quality dining experiences.
Accordingly, we will be offering a limited-time benefit to real estate owners who are members of "Executive Club by GMO Rental DX": one month of free access to "OMAKASE Premium Green Membership." Eligible real estate owners will be able to use special features, such as receiving emails about new store listings exclusively for premium members.
Going forward, GMO ReTech will continue to support business operations through "GMO Rental DX" and foster ongoing connections between real estate management companies and owners through "Executive Club by GMO Rental DX".
