Enhanced chat functionality for "GMO Rental DX"
Streamlining resident support and internal coordination
~Added FAQ search function to resident app, and URL acquisition function common to both resident and owner apps~
GMO ReTech, Inc. (President and CEO: Akito Suzuki, hereinafter referred to as GMO ReTech), a member of the GMO Internet Group, updated the chat function of its DX platform for real estate management companies, "GMO Rental DX," on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, with the aim of improving the efficiency of tenant communication and facilitating internal information sharing for real estate management companies.
This update applies to the management screens of the "GMO Rental DX Tenant App" and the "GMO Rental DX Owner App." The "GMO Rental DX Tenant App" now includes a feature that allows real estate management companies to directly search for frequently asked questions from the chat screen and insert answers. Additionally, both the "GMO Rental DX Tenant App" and the "GMO Rental DX Owner App" now include a feature to retrieve URLs for each message, allowing for one-click sharing of relevant sections. These features will streamline tenant support and internal information sharing, thereby improving the operational efficiency of real estate management companies.

In recent years, the real estate management industry has faced challenges in handling tenant inquiries, such as increased volume and frequent occurrences of similar inquiries, which puts pressure on operations. Furthermore, in terms of internal information sharing, there has been a problem in that there is no way to directly access the relevant sections when sharing chat response history, making information sharing cumbersome.
To address these internal and external challenges at once, GMO ReTech has updated the chat function of "GMO Rental DX".

■ Resident App: FAQ search and answer insertion function
On the management screen of the "GMO Rental DX Tenant App," it is now possible to directly search for "Frequently Asked Questions" in the chat screen and insert the relevant answer into the message in response to a tenant's inquiry. Furthermore, by adding an "AI Reply Assistant" icon to the chat screen and improving the UI, it is now possible to create replies more smoothly. This will result in faster response times and more consistent quality.
■Common to both resident and owner apps: URL acquisition function for each topic and message
The management screens for "GMO Rental DX Tenant App" and "GMO Rental DX Owner App" now allow users to retrieve and share URLs for each chat topic and message. This eliminates the need to manually transcribe the chat content, enabling one-click sharing of specific sections. This reduces the effort required for information sharing within the company.
