GMO Rental DX, a DX service for real estate management companies
Certified as an eligible IT tool for the "Digitalization and AI Introduction Subsidy 2026" for the sixth consecutive year.
It can be introduced with a subsidy of up to 350 million yen.
~The three services covered are the owner app, the tenant app, and the CRM.~
GMO ReTech, Inc. (President and CEO: Akito Suzuki), a member of the GMO Internet Group, has announced that its DX platform for real estate management companies, "GMO Rental DX," has been certified as an eligible IT tool for the "Digitalization and AI Introduction Subsidy 2026." This means that eligible real estate management companies can apply for a subsidy of up to two-thirds of the total annual usage fee (maximum of 3.5 million yen for two years) when introducing "GMO Rental DX."(※ 1).
"GMO Rental DX" has received the "Digitalization and AI Introduction Subsidy" for six consecutive years since 2021.(※ 2)It is certified as an eligible tool. GMO ReTech also has a system in place to support subsidy applications.

【background】
In the real estate management industry, chronic labor shortages, reliance on individual employees, and a business operation centered on telephones and paper documents have led to long working hours for management company staff and a decline in the quality of service provided to owners and tenants. In response to the growing need for operational efficiency through digitalization to address these issues, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has also advocated for the promotion of digitalization in the real estate sector, making real estate DX a critical issue for the industry.(※ 3).
GMO ReTech has been developing "GMO Rental DX," a DX platform for real estate management companies, with the aim of solving these industry challenges. Since 2021, it has been certified as an eligible tool for the "IT Introduction Subsidy" from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (Small and Medium Enterprise Agency). Now, with the service being certified as an eligible IT tool for the "Digitalization and AI Introduction Subsidy 2026," an environment has been created where more businesses can take advantage of subsidies and proceed with implementation.

The "Digitalization and AI Introduction Subsidy 2026" is a program that subsidizes a portion of the costs of introducing IT tools to support small and medium-sized enterprises and small businesses in improving operational efficiency and productivity.
GMO ReTech provides "GMO Rental DX," which includes "GMO Rental DX Owner App," "GMO Rental DX Tenant App," and "GMO Rental DX Owner CRM," supporting the digital transformation of real estate management companies' operations. Now that these three services have been certified as eligible IT tools for the "Digitalization and AI Introduction Subsidy 2026," it has become easier to introduce IT tools using subsidies.
About GMO Rent-A-Car DX
"GMO Rental DX" is a DX platform for real estate management companies. Through apps and CRM (customer relationship management), it supports communication with owners and tenants, information dissemination, contract-related operations, and customer information management. The following three services have now become eligible for the "Digitalization and AI Introduction Subsidy 2026".

This is an owner app for real estate management companies. It helps streamline owner communication by displaying occupancy status, digitizing income and expense reports, and providing chat and advertising functions.

This is a tenant app for real estate management companies. It supports the digital transformation and operational efficiency of tenant management through features such as frequently asked questions, chat support, a bulletin board function, and move-in check-in functionality.

This CRM tool is specifically designed for real estate management companies, focusing on managing property owners. By centrally managing owner assets, service history, repair history, and other information, it improves daily management and proposal operations.
[Regarding the application support system]
For small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and small businesses, application procedures can be burdensome due to labor shortages. Against this backdrop, GMO ReTech has facilitated the smooth implementation of IT tools for real estate management companies, with a cumulative total of over 12,000 applications handled.(※ 4)We have partnered with KIZASHI Co., Ltd., which has a proven track record. This allows businesses unfamiliar with subsidy applications to receive expert support and assistance with some of the necessary procedures, such as preparing required documents, enabling them to proceed with the application process smoothly.
