GMO ReTech to hold the largest exhibition in the real estate rental industry
We will be exhibiting at the "Rental Housing Fair 2026 Tokyo".
~GMO Rental DX will showcase three services in action to support the digital transformation of real estate management companies~

　GMO ReTech, Inc. (President and CEO: Akito Suzuki, hereinafter referred to as GMO ReTech), a member of the GMO Internet Group, will be exhibiting at "Rental Housing Fair 2026 Tokyo," the largest exhibition in the rental housing industry, to be held at Tokyo Big Sight on Wednesday, July 29th and Thursday, July 30th, 2026.
　On the day of the event, we will be exhibiting three services from our SaaS brand for real estate management companies, "GMO Chintai DX": "GMO Chintai DX Owner App/Web," "GMO Chintai DX Tenant App/Web," and "GMO Chintai DX Owner CRM." At our booth, we will introduce features that support the efficiency of owner communication, tenant communication, and management operations through live demonstrations and seminars.

　In recent years, the real estate management industry has faced challenges in securing personnel while simultaneously experiencing an increase in the number of properties managed and the complexity of operations. Therefore, there is growing expectation for improved operational efficiency and automation through AI-generated data. However, many real estate management companies find it difficult to utilize data effectively due to the fragmentation of data and customer touchpoints.
　GMO ReTech provides "GMO Chintai DX," a DX SaaS service brand that has been adopted by 220 real estate management companies nationwide and supports the management operations of over 220 million properties. Furthermore, the "GMO Chintai DX Owner App/Web" is used by over 35 property owners.^(*).
　At this exhibition, we will introduce three services that connect owners, tenants, and management companies, proposing ways to improve the operational efficiency and strengthen customer relationships for real estate management companies.

[About "Rental Housing Fair 2026 Tokyo"]
　The "Rental Housing Fair" is the largest event in the rental housing industry, targeting owners of apartments and land, as well as real estate brokerage and management companies. A wide variety of companies, including those related to housing equipment, renovations, investments, and asset management, exhibit and promote their new products and services. In 2025, a record-breaking 230 companies exhibited booths, and more than 13,000 people visited over two days.

　At the GMO ReTech booth, we will be showcasing three services from our DX SaaS service brand for real estate management companies, "GMO Chintai DX". On the day of the event, we will have actual devices available at the booth, allowing visitors to experience the services and learn about the benefits of implementation through seminars. We will also have a meeting space where we can provide individual consultations and propose usage methods tailored to the needs of each visitor.

　"GMO Chintai DX" is a DX SaaS service brand for real estate management companies. Through "GMO Chintai DX Owner App/Web," "GMO Chintai DX Tenant App/Web," and "GMO Chintai DX Owner CRM," it consolidates information and contact points for owners, tenants, and management companies into a single platform, supporting operational efficiency and smooth communication.

■ GMO Rental DX Owner App/Web
　This is an owner app/web service for real estate management companies. It streamlines owner communication with features such as digitized income and expense reports, chat functionality, and advertising distribution. This allows real estate companies to focus on proposal work and aim to improve owner satisfaction.

■ 'GMO Rental DX Tenant App'
This is a tenant app/web service for real estate management companies. It digitizes tenant support through features such as a "Frequently Asked Questions" function, chat function, bulletin board function, and move-in check function. By digitizing inquiry handling, it improves the productivity of management operations.

■ 'GMO Rental DX Owner CRM'
This CRM tool is specifically designed for real estate management companies, focusing on managing property owners. By centrally managing owner assets and the communication history between the management company and the owner, it improves operations and maximizes both the management company's revenue and the owner's assets.
