Ekiten byGMO's online reservation service for restaurants has surpassed 100 participating establishments.
~Enhancing features specifically for restaurants to promote the digital transformation of reservation management operations~

　GMO Design One Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Yasuo Takabatake), a member of the GMO Internet Group, is pleased to announce that the number of restaurants using its online reservation function on its store information portal site "Ekiten byGMO" has exceeded 100 as of the end of July 2026.

【background】
　With the widespread adoption of smartphones, online reservations have become increasingly popular as a way to book restaurants. However, restaurants have faced challenges such as the cost of implementing reservation systems, the burden of managing reservations across multiple platforms, and a growing need for features that support seat management.
　GMO Design One began offering online reservation functionality for restaurants in October 2025. In May 2026, it added support for "Reserve with Google," allowing reservations to be made via Google Search™ and Google Maps™. In July of the same year, it began offering a pay-as-you-go plan with no initial or monthly fees, demonstrating its ongoing commitment to adding features and expanding pricing plans for restaurants.
　Thanks to these efforts, the number of restaurants using our online reservation system has exceeded 100 in approximately nine months since the service launched.

[Key Features of "Ekiten by GMO" Online Reservation Service for Restaurants]
■Feature 1: Two pricing plans to choose from depending on your usage
　We offer a "pay-as-you-go plan" that can be started with no initial or monthly fixed fees, and a "flat-rate plan (for regular members)" that can be used for a fixed monthly fee regardless of the number of reservations. This pricing structure makes it easy for businesses to adopt the service, whether they "want to try it out first" or "want to confirm whether they will actually receive reservations before committing to a fee." Since no usage fees are incurred in months with no reservations, the risk of increased costs during off-peak seasons is minimized.

<Plan Comparison>

■Feature 2: Reservation slots are managed on a per-table basis.
　You can set reservation availability dates and times for each table, including smoking and non-smoking sections, and for tables with different capacities. By automatically assigning available tables that match the user's preferences, you can prevent overbooking and reduce the burden of reservation management.

■Feature 3: Supports bookings via Google Search™ and Google Maps™
　With "Reserve with Google" support, customers can check availability and make reservations directly from store information displayed on Google Search™ and Google Maps™. For businesses, this provides a new reservation channel to reach potential customers with whom they previously had no contact.

■Feature 4: Search for stores that accept reservations from your desired visit date.
　You can narrow down the available stores by specifying "today," "tomorrow," "weekend," or any date you like. This makes it easier for highly motivated users to find stores and expands opportunities to connect highly motivated users with stores.

　GMO Design One is a reservation management SaaS based on "Ekiten byGMO".^(*)We will continue to enhance the functionality of our service to support restaurants in streamlining reservation management and attracting customers. Going forward, we will expand the number of participating restaurants and support the digitalization of restaurant operations, aiming to improve convenience for both listed restaurants and users.
