 GMO TECH, Inc. (CEO: Akihito Suzuki, hereinafter referred to as GMO TECH), a member of the GMO Internet Group, has announced that it will launch a new O2O(※ 1)The official smartphone app for "Yataiya Hakata Theater," which is based on the concept of "Kyushu Hakata's Food Stall Village" and is created using the app creation platform "GMO App Capsule PRO" and is operated by Ikka Dining Project Co., Ltd. (CEO: Taro Takenaga, hereinafter referred to as "Ikka Dining Project"), added a "Birthday Feature" that allows users to register anniversaries on May 1, 2018, and added the "Birthday Gyoza Bonus" feature, which was highly praised by existing members.(* 2)" has been digitized.

■ New features to help you feel the value of "Permanent Membership"
Since the opening of its first store, Yatai-ya Hakata Theater Narita Store, in February 2010, Ikka Dining Project has promoted customer membership through a membership system in which "membership stickers" are distributed according to the number of times customers visit the store, and since the launch of the official app, this system has also been made into a smartphone app. In the seven years since the "membership sticker" era, the cumulative number of members has reached approximately 460,000 (as of October 2017).
The official smartphone app for "Yataiya Hakata Theater" was created and released in October 2016 using GMO App Capsule, an online-to-office app development service provided by GMO TECH. The previous "membership sticker" has been replaced by the app's "visit stamp card" function. The app also provides member benefits (coupons), fun information (fair and event announcements), information on the restaurant's star male and female members, food introductions, and store information. In October 2017, the app was upgraded to "GMO App Capsule PRO," an upgraded version of "GMO App Capsule" that allows for more flexible customization. This added a "birthday feature" that allows users to register anniversaries, and the "birthday gyoza bonus," which previously consisted of a postcard (redeemable) sent to members in their birthday month, has now been digitized.
We will continue to work on expanding the functionality and improving the quality of our services so that our customers at Yatai-ya Hakata Theater will appreciate the value of their permanent membership and increase the repeat rate.

Feature 1) "Birthday Gyoza Special" will be delivered to 100% of member customers
Previously, the "Birthday Gyoza Bonus" (redeemable postcard) was sent by postcard, but now it can be delivered via the app. This prevents you from missing the bonus due to typos or an unknown address due to moving, etc.

Feature 2) Permanent use of "birthday benefits" that was difficult to achieve with postcards is now possible
Previously, if the birthday month during which the "Birthday Gyoza Special" could be used had passed, the special could not be continued unless a new exchange postcard was filled out, but with this new feature, once a member has joined, they can now receive the special perpetually (it can only be used once a year).

Feature 3) You can write messages and register photos to your future self
Previously, when you signed up as a member, you would write a postcard to your future self in exchange for gyoza as part of the "Birthday Gyoza Special" to be sent to your birthday month. By digitizing this as a "Birthday Feature," you can enter a message to your future self and register a photo on the app, and when your birthday month arrives, you will be notified of the message with the photo. This gives you the same special feeling as receiving a postcard you wrote yourself.
