[Notice] Notice regarding measures against COVID-19

In order to prevent the infection and spread of COVID-19, we will prioritize the safety of our shareholders and will implement the following policy for holding the General Meeting of Shareholders.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. (1) The event will be held on a smaller scale than usual.
2. (2) Souvenirs and a kids' room are not available.
3. (3) In order to ensure ample space between shareholders, it may not be possible to secure sufficient seats.
4. (4) Please use the advance voting system so that you can exercise your voting rights without attending the meeting (please refer to page 2 of the notice of the meeting for details).
5. (5) Shareholders attending the meeting are requested to wear masks.
6. (6) On the day of the meeting, shareholders will have their body temperatures measured using a thermograph before entering the meeting hall. If a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher is detected, entry will be restricted.
7. (7) Directors and management members attending the General Meeting of Shareholders will wear masks.
