Support for the 6 Noto Peninsula Earthquake
We would like to express our heartfelt sympathies to all those affected and evacuated by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake of 2024.
GMO TECH, Inc. and GMO ReTech, Inc. will implement the following support measures for customers in the Noto Peninsula region affected by the recent disaster.
12 cities and towns north of Kahoku-gun, Ishikawa Prefecture, and 13 cities and towns in Himi City, Toyama Prefecture
Nanao City, Wajima City, Suzu City, Hakui City, Kahoku City, Tsubata Town, Uchinada Town, Shika Town, Hodatsushimizu Town, Nakanoto Town, Anamizu Town, Noto Town, Himi City

Customers who use our products in the areas covered by the support measures and have installed products with automatic renewal will be exempt from the renewal period for up to 6 months.
Upon notification from affected customers, the automatic renewal period (fees) will be waived for six months. -
In areas subject to support measures, GMO TECH will provide MEO-related products and GMO ReTech will provide real estate digital transformation.
Six-month fee exemption for companies that use related services
Upon application from affected customers who use MEO Dash!, MEO Dashboard, the GMO Chintai DX Owner App, or the GMO Chintai DX Tenant App, we will waive usage fees for six months.
We sincerely hope for a speedy recovery.
