Added "AI Operation Assistant Function"

GMO TECH, Inc. (CEO: Akihito Suzuki, hereinafter referred to as "GMO TECH"), a GMO Internet Group company that provides online customer acquisition services, will launch MEO on Tuesday, February 13, 2024.(※ 1)We have added an AI operation assistant function to our comprehensive management tool, MEO Dashboard byGMO.

This feature uses our proprietary AI-based analysis and diagnostic algorithm to diagnose the operation status of your GBP (Google Business Profile) and provide advice on how to improve your GBP operation based on the results. By utilizing this feature, you can optimally manage your GBP and expect to attract more customers to your store.

(*1) An abbreviation for "Map Engine Optimization," this refers to measures to improve the search ranking of a store page on Google Maps. This refers to measures taken to aim for a higher ranking in the search results on the Google search results screen and Google Maps when a keyword is searched on Google.

The "AI Operation Assistant" uses AI to analyze and evaluate GBP's "basic store information," "posts of events and the latest announcements," "photo posts," and "review replies" registered on "MEO Dashboard byGMO." Based on this evaluation, it provides immediate advice on how to improve GBP operations.

The advice is not only displayed on "MEO Dashboard byGMO," but can also be output as a PDF file, which can be used to help attract customers to stores.

In particular, those who have little experience in managing GBP, or those who are unable to use GBP effectively and are worried about their management policy, can use the ``AI Management Assistant Function'' to improve GBP settings, post content, photo posting, etc.

"MEO Dashboard byGMO" is a MEO ranking measurement and management tool designed for store owners and managers, equipped with the functions necessary for GBP operations, and has been used by many customers since its launch. In order to provide an even more convenient and useful service, we continue to update the service we provide by incorporating customer feedback.

"MEO Dashboard byGMO," included in GMO TECH's local SEO campaign service "MEO Dash! byGMO," is an MEO ranking measurement and management tool equipped with all the functions necessary for GBP management.

It is equipped with a variety of functions, such as obtaining your company's and competitors' rankings for each search location for search keywords, analyzing rankings for multiple locations within a trade area, linking the structured markup of store web pages to the system with a single tag, and cross-analysis that combines data obtained from the GBP Insight function with rankings and GA data.

In addition, the app also has features such as the ability to edit information on multiple accounts at once, which reduces the workload required for GBP operations, a bulk posting function, and a grouping function that allows you to analyze any data, such as reviews, by grouping them as you like, which contributes to improving work efficiency and store visits related to MEO measures.
