GMO TECH, Inc. (CEO: Akihito Suzuki, hereinafter referred to as GMO TECH), a GMO Internet Group company that provides online customer acquisition services, will provide Toyoko Inn Co., Ltd., which operates business hotels both in Japan and overseas, with "MEO Dashboard byGMO," helping the company increase customer numbers through centralized management of multiple hotels on Google Maps and respond to inbound demand in Japan.
Toyoko Inn is a business hotel chain that operates 337 hotels in Japan and 17 overseas. With the increase in mobile users, Toyoko Inn felt the need to strengthen its MEO (*1) measures at each hotel, which ranks highly in Google searches and directly leads to reservations. However, it was difficult to manage each hotel's MEO situation, set goals, implement measures, and appropriately assign tasks required for MEO improvement.
Furthermore, in order to respond to inbound demand for Japan, multilingual support was also necessary, so Toyoko Inn implemented a consulting program (※2) using GMO TECH's "MEO Dashboard byGMO" to solve multiple issues.
