Job hunting support system "Interview Cash Back" introduced
By participating in an interview, you will receive a cash back on store usage fees through our service "Ekiten."
While reducing the financial burden on applicants, we aim to increase their understanding of the business and prevent employment mismatches.
Design One Japan Co., Ltd. (CEO: Yasuo Takabatake, TSE Mothers 6048) will be introducing a new system, "Ekiten Interview Cashback," in September 2015. This system will provide a cash back* on the cost of booking and using massage parlors, hair salons, photo studios, etc., when job-seekers participating in the company's recruitment interview process make reservations and use the company's review store search site, "Ekiten."
*Maximum amount and conditions apply
Background to the introduction of the system
Regarding the job-hunting process for new graduates, the high cost burden of purchasing suits and travel expenses has been pointed out as a problem, and it is said that students spend several months to half a year of their precious time on job hunting, which is not only financially but also mentally exhausting.
It is also said that this environment leads to an increase in students who are so desperate to get a job offer from a company that they go through recruitment screening without having a good understanding of the business itself, ultimately leading to an increase in employment mismatches.
Intention of introducing the system
By offering students who are going through our recruitment process the opportunity to use the services of stores listed on our review store search site "Ekiten" virtually free of charge, we aim to support the burdensome job-hunting process today, while also increasing their understanding of our business and preventing employment mismatches.
In addition, we will ask about your impressions of using the service during the selection process and use this information to improve our services.
Overview of "Ekiten Interview Cashback"
If a student who has progressed to our company's designated recruitment interview* after September 2015 reserves and uses the services of a listed store through our company-operated review store search site "Ekiten" while also conducting company research, we will provide a cash back of up to 3,000 yen on the cost.

On the other hand, for users, "Ekiten" is a media that allows them to use the store search service across multiple industries to find stores that meet their needs, and to disseminate reviews and opinions of stores they have used, thereby increasing convenience.
