Notice of establishment
GMO TECH Holdings, Inc. (President and CEO: Suzuki Akito, hereinafter referred to as "GMO TECH Holdings"), a GMO Internet Group company that operates internet customer acquisition and internet media businesses, was established today, Wednesday, October 1, 2025, through a joint stock transfer between GMO TECH, Inc. (President and CEO: Suzuki Ryoichi, hereinafter referred to as "GMO TECH") and GMO Design One, Inc. (President and CEO: Takabatake Yasuo, hereinafter referred to as "GMO Design One"), and was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market. In conjunction with this, the Group will transition to a holding company structure with the aim of maximizing its corporate value.

[Group management structure after transition to holding company system]
As a joint holding company, GMO TECH Holdings will specialize in the management of its group companies and consolidated companies. There will be no changes to the business operations of group companies, including GMO TECH and GMO Design One, and the group will aim to maximize its corporate value through a group management structure with these two companies as the core operating companies.
