"GMO Rental DX" introduces its own app for owners

　GMO ReTech, Inc. (CEO: Akihito Suzuki, hereinafter referred to as GMO ReTech), a consolidated subsidiary of GMO TECH Holdings, Inc., a GMO Internet Group company, which supports DX (digital transformation) in the real estate rental field, has completed the construction of approximately 2.2 homes, mainly in Kanagawa Prefecture.^(*)JA Amenity House Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as JA Amenity House), the largest real estate management company in the JA Group's Kanagawa prefecture, which manages rental housing, has introduced a proprietary app for owners, which has been released as the "JA Amenity House Owner App."
　This app is based on the "GMO Rental DX Owner App" provided by GMO ReTech, and has been developed with additional unique functions and designs, and is scheduled to be launched in stages from January 2026.

　JA Amenity House is a company that handles rental property management for the JA Group Kanagawa. Leveraging the JA Group's stable foundation and its "bulk leasing system" that maintains high occupancy rates, JA Amenity House manages over 2.2 rental housing units, the largest scale within the JA Group Kanagawa.
　The newly introduced JA Amenity House Owner App is a unique app developed based on the GMO Chintai DX Owner App provided by GMO ReTech, with additional features and design. Through the development and operation of this app, GMO ReTech will help the company go paperless, improve operational efficiency, and speed up responses to owners, thereby improving services and establishing its own brand.

[Features of the "JA Amenity House Owner App"]
■ Electronic reporting of income and expenditure
　The introduction of the app has made it possible to digitize income and expenditure reports, which has promoted a paperless approach that was previously an issue, while also reducing postage costs and the time required for re-sending reports.

■ Prompt information dissemination to owners
　By utilizing the chat and workflow functions, you can respond quickly to requests from owners with a history. In addition, by utilizing the notification and mass chat functions, you can contact everyone at once in the event of an emergency. These functions contribute to improving work speed, ensuring accuracy, and quickly disseminating information.

■ Centralized data management with document management functions
　The document management function allows you to automatically save documents you create. With unlimited storage space, you can save all the documents you need and check them at any time, while also reducing the risk of losing documents.

[About the "GMO Rental DX" original app development option]
　This optional service allows companies to incorporate their own brand elements (logo, UI design, etc.) into the "GMO Rental DX Owner App" and develop their own customized app. GMO ReTech will handle development and operation, supporting low-cost implementation and helping to establish your own brand.
