This marks the 18th consecutive time that GMO has won the Leader award in the MEO category, making GMO the first company in history to win the award 18 times in a row. This is also the 12th time that GMO has won the Leader award in the SNS management category.

About the ITreview Grid Award 2025 Fall
ITreview, a review platform for business IT products and cloud services, has developed a unique four-quadrant map called "ITreview Grid" that uses collected reviews from real users to understand customer satisfaction and product recognition in the market. Once a quarter, it presents the "ITreview Grid Award" to products that are popular with users.
The two areas that receive the highest user ratings on "ITreview Grid" will be recognized, and products that receive high ratings in both the satisfaction and awareness areas will be issued a "Leader" badge, while products in the area with high satisfaction will be issued a "High Performer" badge.
