- Highly acclaimed for its track record of installation in over 150 million homes and service design that takes diverse users into consideration -

　GMO ReTech, Inc. (CEO: Akihito Suzuki, hereinafter referred to as "GMO ReTech"), a consolidated subsidiary of GMO TECH Holdings, Inc., a GMO Internet Group company that supports digital transformation (DX) in the real estate leasing sector, has been awarded the 2025 Good Design Award (sponsored by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion). The digital transformation platform for real estate management companies offered by GMO ReTech has been awarded the 2025 Good Design Award (sponsored by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion).
　GMO Chintai DX was awarded this prize in recognition of its reliability, backed by a track record of installation in over 150 million homes, its service design that is easy to use for a wide range of users working in the rental property management field, and its high retention rate achieved through continuous functional improvements.

　GMO ReTech's "GMO Rental DX" was highly praised as a DX platform that connects real estate management companies, owners, and tenants across the board, simultaneously improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, and was awarded the 2025 Good Design Award.
　In addition, GMO Chintai DX will be exhibited at the GOOD DESIGN EXHIBITION 2025, an event showcasing all the winners of the 2025 Good Design Award, which will be held at Tokyo Midtown in Roppongi, Tokyo from November 1st (Sat) to 5th (Wed).
