　GMO ReTech, Inc. (CEO: Akihito Suzuki, hereinafter referred to as "GMO ReTech"), a consolidated subsidiary of GMO TECH Holdings, Inc., a GMO Internet Group company that supports digital transformation (DX) in the real estate rental sector, is pleased to announce that the number of owners using the "GMO Chintai DX Owner App," an app for real estate management companies, has exceeded 30.

[Background to the number of users exceeding 30]
　As of October 2025, the number of owners using the GMO Rental DX Owner App has exceeded 300,000. This is due to the app's regular feature updates and the accelerating digital transformation that is taking place across the industry.

■Continuous expansion of functions in response to user requests
　With the aim of streamlining owner-related operations, we have continually expanded our functionality to meet on-site needs, such as the "proxy login function" that allows property management companies to log in to the app on behalf of owners, and the "owner survey function" that makes it easy to collect owner opinions. This has reduced the burden and streamlined the often complicated property management work.

■ DX is accelerating across the industry
　In addition to the worsening labor shortage that is a recent social background, the real estate industry is being called upon to move away from traditional business flows that rely on paper, telephone, and email, making the promotion of digital transformation a challenge for the entire industry. The GMO Rental DX Owner App is responding to these digital transformation needs in the industry, and is being increasingly adopted by property management companies.

　The GMO Rental DX Owner App has continued to grow steadily since its launch in December 2020. The number of owners using the app exceeded 100,000 in July 2023, and has since increased to 300,000 in just over two years.
